Role /

Volunteer Plus Project Manager

Objectives /

  • Project planning and management to ensure successful delivery;

  • ‘Hands on’ 1:1 support with client groups;

  • Regular review of contractual obligations, and delivery of interim monitoring reports;

  • Evidencing impact (for funders) and continued project success, including case studies.

  • Reviewing the original funding contract, and negotiating the variation of certain obligations within the contract, including outputs, outcomes and financial allocation of funds (including match­ funding);

  • Managing and planning interim reports for funding body, including impact assessment, qualitative and quantitative data gathering;

  • Ensuring successful partnership/collaborative working, managing & maintaining good relationships: including liaising with the funding body (CMBC),  Job Centre Plus, Halifax Opportunity Plus, and WY Probation service; reporting back on individual cases and programme development throughout.
